Arva Consulting supports individuals and organizations in building sustainable careers and successful businesses by combining motivation, HR expertise, and a deep understanding of the future of work.
I am Eeva Malm, M.Sc. (Econ.), Founder of Arva Consulting, HR Consultant, and a Reiss Motivation Profile® (RMP)–certified motivation coach accredited by RMP Nordic.
I have been responsible for HR development and strategy across a range of industries, from commercial law to construction. My strong operational HR expertise, combined with solid business perspective, enables me to understand complex systems and translate insights into practical action. My strategic, business-driven expertise has been refined through large-scale projects, including consulting work for Eilakaisla, a staffing and recruitment company, where recruitment processes were streamlined and systematized using generative AI.
As an RMP-certified motivation coach, I support individuals and teams in career development and career coaching. The coaching process makes individual and team-specific sources of motivation visible. When true motivation is understood, career directions become clearer, engagement deepens, and the employee experience improves, benefiting both people and the organization as a whole.

Eilakaisla
Empowering recruitment consultants with Gen AI
I carried out a large-scale project for Eilakaisla with the aim of strengthening recruitment consultants’ generative AI capabilities and increasing the systematic use of AI throughout the recruitment process.
The project exceeded expectations: the use of AI as part of daily work improved significantly, and consultants reported increased confidence and courage in using AI. In addition, the use of AI as an everyday tool became considerably smoother.
Improving work efficiency and enhancing both employee and candidate experience are long-term goals, and this project laid a strong foundation for achieving them. I succeeded in creating new ways of thinking and building expertise that are now visible in the consultants' day-to-day work.
Clarity & Direction through Motivation
RMP Coaching with Aune Creative
I delivered Reiss Motivation Profile® (RMP) coaching in collaboration with Helena, the founder of Aune Creative. The coaching process began with a personal motivation profile, which formed the basis for a debrief session where we identified key motivational drivers, sources of energy, and potential long-term stress factors. These insights were translated into concrete choices, defining which types of projects, ways of working, and decisions best support sustainable performance and professional direction.
As a result of the coaching, a clearer self-understanding emerged, along with a stronger ability to articulate personal strengths and a more intentional approach to leading one’s own work. There was a sense of clarity, not only in what to do, but also in what truly matters.
When motivation is recognized and actively leveraged, work begins to flow more naturally. Energy is directed with purpose, productivity increases, and decision-making becomes clearer and more confident. At its best, this creates a powerful foundation for sustainable, high-quality performance, where both well-being and results can truly thrive together.
