AGILE HR CONSULTING — POWERED BY AI
ABOUT ME
I’m Eeva Malm, M.Sc. (Econ.), founder of Arva Consulting and an HR consultant with expertise in artificial intelligence.
I have been responsible for HR development and strategy across various industries – from business law to construction. My AI expertise, closely linked to business operations, has been sharpened through extensive projects, such as consulting for the staffing and recruitment company Eilakaisla, where I focused on streamlining the recruitment process with the help of generative AI.
My passion lies in combining human-centered HR expertise with the opportunities AI offers. I help companies design and develop strategic HR processes powered by AI, with the goal of ensuring sustainable growth and competitiveness in today’s and tomorrow’s working life.
Competence is no coincidence – it’s insight, growth, and the courage to see beyond. Spot the potential. Develop the skills. Stay one step ahead.

AI Act - What HR needs to know
The EU Artificial Intelligence Act (AI Act) came into force on August 1, 2024, and the provisions effective from February 2025 will directly impact HR functions classified as high-risk. I offer tailored assessments and comprehensive information packages for HR professionals to help your organization ensure AI-compliant HR processes and minimize potential risks.
Case Eilakaisla
Empowering recruitment consultants with Gen AI
I carried out a large-scale project for Eilakaisla with the aim of strengthening recruitment consultants’ generative AI capabilities and increasing the systematic use of AI throughout the recruitment process.
The project exceeded expectations: the use of AI as part of daily work improved significantly, and consultants reported increased confidence and courage in using AI. In addition, the use of AI as an everyday tool became considerably smoother.
Improving work efficiency and enhancing both employee and candidate experience are long-term goals, and this project laid a strong foundation for achieving them. I succeeded in creating new ways of thinking and building expertise that are now visible in the consultants' day-to-day work.
Timely perspectives on HR and artificial intelligence
I had the pleasure and honor of speaking at the Women in AI Finland breakfast event. The theme was HR x AI, and it was truly inspiring to share insights with the audience on the benefits of generative AI in the recruitment process.
My core message emphasized how a digital mindset—both at the individual and organizational level—combined with courage and curiosity, forms a strong foundation for a successful integration of HR and AI.
It’s exciting to see the conversation around the synergy between HR and AI continuing to deepen and expand. I hope the dialogue around this topic goes on—shaping the future of work is something we build together!
